Our wines
General presentation
Clos d'Alari has 7 hectares of vines planted at an altitude of 300m, most of which are trellised on clay-limestone terroir:
5 hectares AOC, 2 hectares Vin de Pays.
The vines
We aim to respect the diversity of our environment as much as possible:
No pesticides or herbicides.
Attention to the soil, grassing and, green manuring, sowing of plant cover. Our soil is alive!
We have been Organic Farming since our 2021 harvest.

Our harvest
We harvest by hand, at night, depending on ripeness checks.
In view of climatic changes, harvesting is taking place earlier and earlier.
These are spread over a month, as the different grape varieties are not all harvested at the same time.
The winery
We intervene as little as possible in the cellar, with no inputs other than the bare minimum of sulphur at bottling. No external yeasts, only those from our own grapes (indigenous yeasts).
Our production
60% Rosé, including the gastronomic cuvée "Grand Clos" in Côtes de Provence.
20% Red, with cuvées that vary from year to year, between ready-to-drink wines and wines for laying down.
20% White, including Rolle in Côtes de Provence.
