Elaboration
Organic, hand-harvested, unstemmed grapes, direct pressing, fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tanks, using indigenous yeasts. No fining, clarifying filtration. Total SO2: 35mg/litre.
Tasting
Golden color with straw highlights, rich nose with milky notes, followed by dried fruit and quince paste, round and intense on the palate.
